Erin & Dustyn's story is a tale of modern romance. It all began one stuffed November night...

Just as Erin was about to give up on dating apps for the 100th time, she got a new message notification.

Dustyn had slid into her DMs and sent the smoothest opening line in all of history...."Happy Thanksgiving!"

Erin, of course, responded swiftly and the pair immediately hit it off!

From the first date, Erin and Dustyn knew their connection was undeniable. As they say "when you know, you know."

After a few short weeks, the two "defined the relationship" and officially started dating. Dustyn asked Erin to be his girlfriend under the stars on a beach in Rhode Island.

At the start of their relationship, Erin and Dustyn were doing things long distance. Dustyn was living in Connecticut and Erin was living with her family in Massachusetts.

While neither of them minded the drive, long-distance became less and less practical. They were seeing each other 4-5 times per week. The hours driving and the gas mileage were adding up! Plus the pair hated being separated.

After six months, the two took a leap of faith and decided to move in together. It was a big step for both of them but felt like the best decision for their relationship.

The first few months of living together was hard. The couple had to work on their communication skills, and had to adjust to one another's habits and routines.

Erin and Dustyn came out stronger on the other end. And all of the lessons they learned only helped them grow closer.
